What is the 811 Dig Date?

This date is the earliest date you can have a post installed, and it is set by Washington State 811, not us. By law we cannot dig until the 811 "Work to Begin Date" or after. You will find this date on the 811 ticket, on the upper left, third line down.  You MUST include the 811 "Work to Begin Date" on your post order.

You can include this if you want the 811 "Order Date" to be your "Going Live Date" and not the "Not Earlier Than Date" or "Hold for Future Date". If the 811 "Work to Begin Date" from the 811 ticket is not included in the post order, an additional fee will be charged.

Can I hold my order?

Don't hold your orders, please!  You can give us a future date and we'll hold the order until then.  We need all the lead time you can give us to insure we have posts and installers ready on the date you need the install.

How do I register for an online ordering account?

Call us at 360-689-6471 to get your email activated. We'll make sure you are not already registered with another post company and we'll walk you through the login procedure.

How do I start an online order?

When are you open?

Signs, Inc. observes all federal holidays and we are closed weekends.
